These terms cover this website, the launch list and the beta. The Framefly product has its own terms of service, published before launch day and accepted when you create an account.

2. About this website
This site presents a product that hasn't launched yet. It describes how Framefly is designed to work, and the screens shown are from the product's interface. Features, limits, dates and prices may change before or after launch. The trailer on the home page is a preview built from the interface, not a video produced by Framefly.
Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding taxes, and are beta prices. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept here.
3. The launch list
Signing up means we send you one email when Framefly launches. You can ask to be removed at any time, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
4. The beta
Applying doesn't guarantee a place. If your app is picked:
- Videos made during the beta are free and yours to use, including commercially.
- The product is unfinished. Things can break, change or be reset, and we may pause or end the beta at any time.
- You give Framefly access to a demo account, never a production account with real customer data. You confirm you have the right to let Framefly access the app you connect.
- Feedback you share can be used to improve Framefly, without payment or obligation.
- We won't use your app, your videos or your name in public, for example as a showcase, without asking you first.
5. Pre-orders
If a pre-order is offered, it reserves one launch credit for $29. It is paid through Stripe and refundable in full on request until your first video is delivered, or automatically if Framefly doesn't launch. The credit is added to your account on launch day and doesn't expire.
6. Intellectual property
The Framefly name, logo, website design and text belong to the publisher. The Geist and Geist Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, and icons come from Phosphor under the MIT license. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
7. Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence still protect you, and you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
