What happens if a render fails?
A credit is held when a render starts and charged only at delivery. If it fails for any reason, the held credit goes straight back to your balance. You never pay for a video that wasn't delivered.
Do unused credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits roll over up to twice your monthly amount, then the oldest expire.
What counts as a revision?
Any targeted change after delivery: filming a section again, a new voice, new captions. Ten are included with each video. Sections that QA flagged for review are always free to fix.
Why is the trial one video per app?
Every video costs real compute and AI time to make. The free video is limited to one per app domain, and sign-up is through Google or GitHub, so the trial stays free for everyone.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and pack credits stay yours.
