Privacy policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the launch list or the beta form, and it's used for that and nothing else.

Who is responsible

Marin de Vanssay, sole trader, operating framefly.app, is the controller of the data described here. For any privacy request, write to support@framefly.app.

This policy covers the Framefly website before launch. The Framefly product has its own privacy policy, published here before launch day, covering accounts, connected apps and videos.

What we collect

The launch list

When you press "Notify me", we store your email address and the date you signed up.

The beta application

When you apply for the beta, we store your email address, your app's address, the kind of product it is, the videos you need, when you plan to ship, whether you have a demo account, and, if you fill them in, your name and your note.

What we don't collect

Our host, GitHub Pages, keeps technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, to run and protect its service. We don't receive or use those logs.

Why, and on what basis

We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we never add you to a newsletter.

How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Who else handles it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@framefly.app and we'll answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or to the authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. A change that affects data you already gave us will be emailed to you first.
